This pattern was written for the Minnesota Yarn Shop Hop 2014. There are also notes to make a crochet version of this pattern.
The theme of the shop hop that year was Local Color. We chose the colors of the Historic Minnesota Prison. Stillwater was the location of Minnesota’s first federal prison in 1853. Members of the Jessie James gang were housed there, as well as many women!
