Back in 2020, when we celebrated 10 years as a business, Sam from Lavender Lune dyed us a beautiful speckled yarn featuring our shop colors.

Prison Grey was our 2014 Minnesota Shop Hop colorway. Inspiration came from the historic Minnesota State Prison.

Yes, kind of weird inspiration. The theme for the shop hop that year was Local Color. We decided on the prison because it was a big deal. It was the first Federal Prison in the state of MN. Read all about the
