We are joining in the fun this year with Knitted Wit yarn.
This is a link for worsted weight.

Every month we will be getting beautifully dyed yarn inspired by a female author!

The HerStory Club was born out of a desire to learn more about women who have made a difference, the unsung heroines.  For 2022, Knitted Wit's HerStory Club turns its focus to female authors.  After the past two years, a no brainer, given one of our favorite things to do besides making - reading.  Join us each month as we celebrate a wonderful female author, and introduce you to a good book or two.  We're quite excited about the list of fabulous Hers being highlighted this year, and can’t wait to tell their story in color!

January's recipient is the talented, hilarious Phoebe Robinson.  Read about her and her literary contributions HERE.

For our February HerStory, we are spending time with Ijeoma Oluo, writer, speaker, and self-proclaimed internet yeller. Our colorway honoring her is Truth Teller. Read the love letter to learn more about this amazing woman.

March's HerStory

April's HerStory is inspired by Helen Hoang. Read all about her here.

For the March HerStory, Knitted Wit is showcasing the truly incomparable bell hooks (born Gloria Jean Watkins).

The colorway for the month L-O-V-E is an homage to bell hooks' beloved appalachia.

June's color inspiration comes from the self-proclaimed Bad Feminist, Roxanne Gay. Read more about her here.
