These kits DO NOT include a mat for felting. You'll need a foam mat, this wool mat or this brush mat.

Succulent Kit

Want to try your hand at making these super cute succulents? Perfect for a windowsill or workspace and they never need to be watered! This is a fairly involved project with so many little leaves to make, but with the video instructions, it can be tackled even by a beginner.

Felting time: about 3 hrs. per plant depending on individual felting speed.

Gnomes

How cute are these gnomes?! This is a great kit for beginners but still enjoyable for an experienced felter who is looking for a quick and easy project. The finished gnomes get compliments wherever they go.

Pumpkins

This is a great beginner's needle felting kit that produces three very cute pumpkins. A fun addition to your seasonal fall decor or nature table. This is an excellent project to try out for anyone wanting to learn to sculpt with wool. 

Felting time: about 1 hr. per pumpkin depending on individual felting speed.

Pumpkins II

This kit is the quicker/easier version of our original Pumpkins kit.  This one comes with three pre-formed and partially felted balls.  Simply add the colored wool on top and then put on the ribs and do the finishing.  Even the stems are already felted and ready to attach.

Another nice thing about this kit is that it doesn't need a mat.  This makes it a nice travel project or gift because the kit has everything needed to complete the pumpkins.

Fall Leaves 

This is a great beginner's needle felting project. It produces six decorative fall leaves that are based on real leaf types: dogwood, tulip poplar, maple, oak, sweetgum and birch. The perfect addition to your seasonal fall decor. Display them in a centerpiece or on a mantle, or you could add them to a wreath, garland, or seasonal nature table.


Felting time: about 20 min. per leaf depending on individual felting speed.

You will also need:

A sharp scissors to cut out the leaves and a mat to use as a work surface. Choose from foam, burlap, or wool. Once you have a mat, it can be used for many projects. Note that foam is the most economical but wears out the fastest.

This kit is intended for adults and kids over 10 yrs. who possess good manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work with focus and care. (Caution - felting needles are sharp!)
