RETURNS & EXCHANGES
A note on color: We do our best to photograph every yarn accurately, but screens vary, and yarn is yarn; slight differences in tone and saturation between what you see online and what arrives in your hands are normal, so please take that into account.
In Store Returns: We return items within 90 days with a receipt or proof of purchase. Wound yarn can not be returned.
Online Order Returns: Contact us within 14 days of receiving your orders at info@darnknitanyway.com. Items must be unused, in original condition, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Proof of purchase required. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Order cancellations If you need to cancel an order we'll do our best to help, as long as your yarn hasn't been wound and your order hasn't reached our fulfillment team (AKA Tom).
A note on sales and promotions We plan our pricing and promotions carefully to keep DKA sustainable and fair for everyone. Discounts apply only during their scheduled timeframes and can't be applied retroactively. Your support makes it possible for us to keep bringing in the good stuff.
SHIPPING
We ship anywhere in the United States. Flat rate shipping is $7.00 on every order, no tiers, no surprises at checkout.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your order to arrive. During big sale events or promotions it may take us a little longer and we appreciate your patience while we pack everything with care. If more than 10 days have passed, reach out to shipping@darnknitanyway.com and we'll track it down for you.
Subscription boxes and pre-order items ship on their own schedules, check the individual product page for expected ship dates.
