Square One Project Bag

Are you a crocheter who needs a new project bag to carry around all your other crafty projects??  The Square One project bag is a cute drawstring bag with a crocheted handle that can do just that. You will learn how to create the bag using simple linen stitch and learn how to reinforce the bottom so it will sit nicely wherever you are crafting. Join Jeri in creating this fun and functional crocheted project bag.  

Class: Square One Project Bag
Skills Required: Need to be comfortable with chaining, single crochet, double crochet and slip stitches as well as reading a crochet pattern
You will learn: Magic Circle, Bag construction including reinforcing the bottom and attaching the handle.

Supplies Needed: 

• Pattern: Square One Project Bag by Toni Lipsey. Available on Ravelry or for in-store purchase. 
• Yarn:  
  • Recommended yarn – ~ 550 yards of DK or light worsted weight yarn- this would be a fun one to use a highly variegated yarn such as Malabrigo Rios, or color changing yarn such as Spirit DK. 

• Hook:  Size G (4 mm) or size needed to obtain gauge. 

Students are given a 10% discount for supplies needed for class and any purchases at the shop during class days, excluding sale items, gift cards, classes, and events.
