Barrey Hiking Vest (Steek 102!)
You’ve steeked your coasters and now you’re ready for a steeked garment?! Come knit (and then steek!!) this vest with Julianna. You’ll work through this interesting vest together and then steek the front and armholes to go from lumpy tube to beautiful vest, without a purl in sight!
Class: Barrey Hiking Vest
Skills Required: Some experience with colorwork/stranded knitting. Comfortable knitting in the round.
You will learn: Tips to improve your colorwork, carrying floats, and finishing (steeking!).

Supplies Needed:
- Barrey Hiking Vest pattern by Denise Bell - available on Ravelry
- Two contrasting colors heavy worsted or light aran weight non-superwash yarn - Recommended Yarns: Cascade 220, Studio Donegal, Lettlopi (coming soon!), or other 100% wool yarn.
- US 6 and 7 circular needles (32”) or size to achieve correct gauge.
Students are given a 10% discount for supplies needed for class and any purchases at the shop during class days, excluding sale items, gift cards, classes, and events.
Register early. Classes with fewer than three students will be canceled 72 hours before the start date, and Participants will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued for registration canceled 72 hours before class.
