Billie Pullover

Part class, part KAL! Julianna will work to help you get started knitting this beautiful cabled sweater during the first three classes (scheduled weekly) and will continue to provide help and general moral support as we continue to work through this gorgeous pullover for another four weeks (scheduled biweekly).

Skills Required: Some experience with cable knitting. Comfortable knitting in the round.
You will learn: Tips to improve cable knitting, working all over cables.

Supplies Needed: 

• Billie Pullover by Sari Nordlund - available on Ravelry  
• Worsted weight yarn -  Recommended Yarns: Cascade 220, Studio Donegal, Falkland Worsted, Vintage, Woolstok,
• US6 DPNs or a circular needle with a cable suitable for small circumference knitting for cuffs
  US6 circular needle with a cable length of 40 cm / 16 inches for the neckline
  US6 circular needle with a cable length of 80 cm / 32 inches for smaller sizes and 100 cm / 40 inches for larger sizes for the hem
  US7 DPNs or a circular needle with a cable suitable for small circumference knitting for sleeves
  US7 circular needle with a cable length of 80 cm / 32 inches for smaller sizes and 100 cm / 40 inches for larger sizes for the body
  • Or size needed to obtain gauge. 

• This sweater requires swatching in the round. If you want to get a head start and are able to - please come to class with a swatch knit and blocked. We can then measure and discuss if any changes are needed. 

Students are given a 10% discount for supplies needed for class and any purchases at the shop during class days, excluding sale items, gift cards, classes, and events.

Register early. Classes with fewer than three students will be canceled 72 hours before the start date, and Participants will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued for registration canceled 72 hours before class.
