Cozy Cable Sweater

Skills required: Previous experience knitting a top-down sweater; swatching and reading gauge; choosing sizing and ease; reading a cable chart; cabling on knit and purl side of fabric; working in the round (including small circumference knitting on DPN or Magic Loop); picking up stitches; M1 increases

Supplies needed:
- Cannelloni Sweater pattern
- 810-1600 yards of worsted weight yarn to obtain gauge
- NOTE: the description page on Ravelry indicates that this sweater uses sport weight yarn, but this is incorrect. The pattern itself calls for worsted weight yarn, which is the correct weight. We recommend the following: Falkland Worsted, Berroco Vintage, Cascade 220 & Cascade 220 Superwash Merino, Keystone, Cascade Woolpaka, Woolstok.
- US 7 (4.5mm) and 8 (5mm) needles - 32" or longer cable (piece is worked flat and in the round)
- Cable needle
- Darning needle for seaming
- Scrap yarn or barber cord for holding stitches
