Iris Hat
You’ve tried the Intro to Colorwork class and you’re ready to take on a bit harder colorwork project? Take your colorwork knitting to the next level as you join Julianna to create this beautiful colorwork hat.
Class: Iris Hat
Skills Required: Some experience with colorwork/stranded knitting. Comfortable knitting in the round, including small circumference knitting using either DPNs or Magic Loop
You will learn: Tips to improve your colorwork, reading colorwork chart, carrying floats, decreasing crown in colorwork.

Supplies Needed:
- Iris Hat pattern - available on Ravelry
- Fingering weight yarn - Iris Kit or (or one main color, one ribbing color, and six contrast colors)
- US 2.5 - 16” circular and US 4 - 16" circular needles and DPN or Magic Loop
Please cast on and work the ribbing option of your choosing, so we can get right into the colorwork!
Students are given a 10% discount for supplies needed for class and any purchases at the shop during class days, excluding sale items, gift cards, classes, and events.
Register early. Classes with fewer than three students will be canceled 72 hours before the start date, and Participants will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued for registration canceled 72 hours before class.
