Simplifying Gauge
Take the confusion out of gauge swatching in this informative, lecture-style class. We all know we are supposed to swatch, but do we? Lori will take the mystery out of gauge swatching in this one-session lecture-style class for knitters. You will have an opportunity to try out gauge-measuring tools like these or these or these or these.
Class: Simplifying Gauge
You will learn: How to swatch for a specific pattern gauge; making adjustments to achieve gauge; how and where to take body measurements for sizing; and why swatches lie. You'll also sample several different tools to make calculating gauge easier.
