Darning
It seems that mending is all the rage, and for a good reason, did you know that textiles account for 11.3 million tons of waste in the nation's landfills in 2018? For some pieces, a little TLC is all it takes to turn an old piece into new. Lynn has a passion for embroidery and mending. She will teach you the basics of how to darn items.

- Darning needle and darning egg or small darning and mending loom. Check out the mending looms here or darning eggs here
- Scissors
- Sock or sweater with a small hole
- Sock yarn or reinforcing yarn/thread
- Optional - thimble
Students are given a 10% discount for class supplies and purchases at the shop during this class, excluding sale items, classes and events.
