We have chosen something a little different for our April Makers’ League kit.
It’s a mystery! Adorable Ewe.
Michelle’s KALs are always a mystery, but she let us know that this sheep-themed sweater is too cute to miss! Every knitter should have a baby sweater on hand for gift giving. They are also great way to gain sweater experience. Whether you are a novice or a seasoned sweater knitter, this project has something for you. You’ll get great finishing techniques and more in this knit along.
How does a mystery knit along work? The first part of the pattern is released on April 6th and she’ll release another part of the pattern every Thursday in April. We will send you an email with the link to the next clue every week, as a reminder.
Knitpurlhunter has a very active Ravelry page for her knit alongs, so you can follow along! You can also register to win prizes with Skacel for participating!
You will get the sheep patch with this order.
This kit includes:
-2 skeins of Hikoo Simpliworsted (Main Color of sweater)
55% superwash merino wool, 28% acrylic, 17% nylon
Don’t let the fact that this yarn has acrylic in it lead you to believe it is a lesser yarn. This is one of our most popular yarns in the shop, it is soft and so durable. Perfect for this project!
140 yards/100 grams
-approx 45 yards of Simpliworsted in white
-approx 20 yards of Simpliworsted in black
-4 sheep buttons

As always, you can come in and make your own color combos, or call us and we help over the phone!
Don’t think you’d like a mystery knit along? You can wait a few weeks until a few of the clues are published and then decide what you think:) After the knit along is completed, you can see the entire pattern on Ravelry.
If this is your first Makers’ League project you’ll get the Canvas Makers’ League Tote Bag. If you have already joined the league, you’ll get to add another patch to the tote bag you have already received. Every 5 patches collected in 2017 earns you 20% off a day of shopping at DKA! Remember, there is no “joining” fee or membership cost. You simply have to choose a Makers’ League kit you love and buy it!
